Shehbaz Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, offered his condolences over the loss of valuable lives in a road accident in Gujranwala on Friday.
The prime minister expressed his condolences to the victims’ families in a message published by the PM Office here, and instructed the Punjab government to take measures to prevent road accidents.
“Through better road building and management methods, we will execute a programme to prevent accidents,” Shahbaz Sharif said in a statement from London.
PM Shehbaz and other cabinet members are in the United Kingdom to meet with former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to address political issues.
“May Allah Almighty provide the deceased’s relatives patience as well as elevated ranks in the sky.” He said, “Amen.”
Shehbaz Sharif, the Prime Minister, also wished for the injured to recover quickly.
