When it comes to new model launches, Vivo doesn’t waste any time. The Y33T was just revealed a few days ago as a replacement for the Y33s and a gadget that is nearly identical to the Y21T, which was unveiled previously.
All of these phones are practically carbon copies of one another. The Vivo Y21e is the latest addition to the roster of comparable devices.
From the camera island to the specific design of the power button/fingerprint reader on the side of the smartphone and the teardrop selfie notch, it’s 164.26 x 76.08 x 8.00mm, 182-gram all-plastic body appears quite familiar. It’s available in two colors: Midnight Blue and Diamond Glow.
The Y21e shares the majority of its features with its brothers, including a Snapdragon 680 processor. It has 3GB of RAM (with 500MB of additional RAM) and 64GB of expandable storage.
It has a 6.51-inch LCD display with an HD+ resolution, which is a considerable difference when compared to its sibling.
There’s a 13MP main camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. A selfie camera with an aperture of f/1.8 and an aperture of 8 MP is available on the front.
The Y21e has a 5,000 mAh battery and supports Type-C charging at 18W. A 3.5mm audio connector, FM radio, OTG support, and dual nano-SIM cards with dual standby are among the other features of the phone.
With only a simulated gyroscope, you supposedly get an actual accelerometer, light sensor, proximity sensor, and compass. We’re not sure if the Y21e runs Vivo’s latest Funtouch OS 12 on top of Android 12 or Android 11.
