Pakistan successfully tests cruise missile Babar-1B
A statement issued by the ISPR said that the Babar-1B missile has a locally developed, extended range.
Director General Strategic Plans Division Lieutenant General Nadeem Zaki Manj observed the missile test.
On the occasion, the Director-General Strategic Plans Division congratulated the ISPR, President, Prime Minister, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, and Services Chiefs on the successful test of Pakistan’s Babar Cruise Missile-1B.

Senior officers of the Strategic Plans Division and Strategic Forces officials were also present.
The Director-General Strategic Plans Division congratulated the scientists and engineers on the successful conduct of the flight test.
Lt. Gen. Nadeem Zaki Manj DG said that success in the field of cruise missile technology is key, adding that the experience of the Strategic Plans Division has further strengthened Pakistan’s strategic deterrence.
