India have selected venues for the T20 World Cup to be held in October this year.
According to BCCI officials, the T20 World Cup matches will be played at stadiums in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calcutta, New Delhi, Bangalore, and Chennai, while the final of the tournament will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
On the other hand, India has also assured the issuance of visas to Pakistani players and journalists.
It may be recalled that Pakistan had demanded from the ICC that the tournament be shifted to the United Arab Emirates if the Indian Cricket Board did not facilitate visas for the Pakistani team, media and spectators and provide written assurances.
